Shipping costs and information
By default, we ship only to the countries listed below. Depending on the volume of your order, shipping is handled via DHL or Deutsche Post. You can find the applicable shipping costs in the information below.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please contact us by e‑mail at hello@wattsandgrams.de before placing your order.
Shipping within Germany
We charge a flat fee of 3.95 € (incl. VAT) per order for shipping within mainland Germany. For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of 10.00 € (incl. VAT) applies.
Shipping within the EU
We charge a flat fee of 7.95 € (incl. VAT) per order for shipping to other EU countries.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified for the respective product, domestic delivery (Germany) takes up to 10 business days; for international deliveries, an additional maximum of 5 business days applies (in case of agreed advance payment, counted from the moment of your payment order). Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

We currently offer the following payment methods via the payment service provider Mollie:

Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device while completing the required verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment data stored in your Apple Wallet app for the transaction. More information at https://support.apple.com
Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device while completing the required verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment data stored in the app for the transaction. More information at https://support.google.com
iDeal | Wero
Select iDeal | Wero at checkout. You will then be redirected to your banking app (or Wero app) to authenticate the payment securely. The amount will be debited immediately, and you will subsequently be redirected back to our website.
Credit card
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Pay by Bank
With Pay by Bank, you can complete the payment directly via your bank’s secure online payment page.
Paypal
To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and authorise the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not required. You will then be redirected back to us.
SEPA bank transfer
You can pay for your order by SEPA bank transfer. After completing your order, you will receive the necessary bank details from us along with a payment reference that you must include with the transfer. Please transfer the invoice amount from your bank account. Processing and shipping of your order will only take place once full payment has been received.
