Gen­er­al infor­ma­tion

We nat­u­ral­ly hope that you receive our prod­ucts in per­fect con­di­tion, that you like them and that they solve your prob­lems. How­ev­er, if a prod­uct is faulty or you would like to give us feed­back, please con­tact us by email at hello@wattsandgrams.de.

At present, we do not yet see any added val­ue in the pos­si­bil­i­ty of cre­at­ing your own cus­tomer account, as our prod­uct selec­tion is still very small.

Order process

If you have a prob­lem with your order, you are wel­come to con­tact us direct­ly at hello@wattsandgrams.de. To date, we have been able to solve every prob­lem.

Unfor­tu­nate­ly, it is not pos­si­ble to change your book­ing at a lat­er date. For a can­cel­la­tion please con­tact us imme­di­ate­ly at hello@wattsandgrams.de.

Fol­low­ing the order process, you will of course receive an auto­mat­ed order con­fir­ma­tion in which all impor­tant aspects are list­ed again.

Ship­ping

Yes, you are also wel­come to col­lect your order from us. We’re hap­py to save you mon­ey on ship­ping – the best way to do this is of course by bike. To do this, select the ’Pick up’ option at the check­out. Once we have suc­cess­ful­ly received your order, you can arrange an appoint­ment with us to col­lect your order from us.

As we most­ly pro­duce our prod­ucts on-demand, the dis­patch times vary great­ly. Please note the cor­re­spond­ing deliv­ery times on the respec­tive prod­uct page. You can also find more infor­ma­tion about ship­ping on Pay­ment & Ship­ping.

Dur­ing the order process, you have the option of enter­ing a ship­ping address that dif­fers from the billing address. How­ev­er, if you have already sent your order, it is no longer pos­si­ble to change the ship­ping address after­wards.

Return and replace­ment

Send us an e‑mail to hello@wattsandgrams.de with your order num­ber, full name and request. We will get in touch with you as soon as pos­si­ble. You will receive a new prod­uct or the pur­chase price will be refund­ed.

  1. Send the item(s) in the orig­i­nal con­di­tion and pack­ag­ing:

  2. Please note that all returned/exchanged items must be in their orig­i­nal con­di­tion. They must not have been worn or washed. The label must also be intact.
  3. Note on the deliv­ery note how we should han­dle your return. Please indi­cate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  4. If you would like to exchange an item, please indi­cate on the deliv­ery note which item (name, colour and/or size if applic­a­ble) we may exchange for the desired prod­uct. Please note that an exchange can only be made for prod­ucts of the same or a low­er price.
  5. Please enclose the deliv­ery note with your notes in the par­cel.
  6. Please note that the cost of the return or exchange will be borne by the cus­tomer and we can­not accept respon­si­bil­i­ty for any items lost dur­ing the return.
  7. Once we have received your return, we will process your request as soon as pos­si­ble and send you a con­fir­ma­tion email. If it is a refund, it will be refund­ed to the orig­i­nal pay­ment method. The orig­i­nal ship­ping costs will not be tak­en into account and will not be refund­ed.

You can return all prod­ucts that you have pur­chased from us with­in 14 days of receipt. You can find more infor­ma­tion on this under Return pol­i­cy.

The buy­er shall be respon­si­ble for the costs of return­ing the goods.

Seat­post mount

Some man­u­fac­tur­ers and mod­els have dif­fer­ent seat angles depend­ing on the frame size. To find out whether this applies to your mod­el, you can check the geom­e­try data. For exam­ple, a bike mod­el in size S may have a seat angle of 75°, while the same mod­el in size XL has an angle of 72.75°. In order to avoid a large num­ber of mounts that are adapt­ed to dif­fer­ent frame sizes and seat angles, we often choose an aver­age val­ue for our mounts. This means that we gen­er­al­ly use the aver­age frame size of the bike mod­el and the cor­re­spond­ing seat angle. For the extreme frame sizes (such as XXS or XL), this can mean that there may be a bare­ly notice­able devi­a­tion (+/- 0–1.5°) in the hor­i­zon­tal align­ment.

From our point of view, this is the safest way for you to find the right mount for your seat­post for some man­u­fac­tur­ers. Some man­u­fac­tur­ers release new bike mod­els dur­ing the year, which means that the spec­i­fi­ca­tion Canyon Speed­max CFX (2023), for exam­ple, may be incor­rect. By spec­i­fy­ing the man­u­fac­tur­er’s unique article/model num­ber, you are on the safe side.
