Yes, you're welcome to pick up your order from us. Select the “Self-pickup” option at checkout. Once your order has reached us, we'll arrange a pickup appointment with you.

Since we usually produce our products on demand, shipping times vary. Please note the delivery times on the respective product page. You'll find further information under Payment & Shipping.

During checkout you can specify a delivery address that differs from your billing address. Once your order has been submitted, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

You can return any product you've purchased from us within 14 days of receipt. The quickest way is our cancellation form. You can also declare your withdrawal informally by email or post. You'll find more information in the Right of withdrawal.
