Pro­fes­sion­al clean­ing in mul­ti­ple stages

Our chains are recon­di­tioned with the utmost care to ensure max­i­mum per­for­mance and longevi­ty. The process begins with a thor­ough degreas­ing in sev­er­al pass­es with high-qual­i­ty petro­le­um ether, fol­lowed by ultra­son­ic clean­ing. This removes stub­born dirt and residues so that the chain is clean down to the deep­est gaps. A final bath in nitro sol­vent ensures that all residues are removed.

High-qual­i­ty wax coat­ing

After clean­ing, the chain is dipped in liq­uid Sil­ca Hot Melt and gen­tly swiv­elled. This wax is dis­trib­uted even­ly in the gaps, form­ing a pro­tec­tive, lubri­cat­ing lay­er and ensur­ing a long-last­ing, smooth ride.

‘Rac­eready’ upgrade and secure pack­ag­ing

We offer the ‘Rac­eready’ upgrade as an option: Here, the chain is addi­tion­al­ly treat­ed with PTFE pow­der to achieve max­i­mum smooth­ness.

Each chain is then care­ful­ly pack­aged and ready for imme­di­ate use.
